Delivery, postage and packaging

FREE delivery within the UK on all items!

I aim to deliver your order within 4 days. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods (ie Christmas). If there is any kind of delay due to an item being out of stock, I will let you know straight away so please ensure your contact details are correct during checkout.

All orders are sent via standard 1st class delivery.

I cannot accept responsibilty for parcels that are either damaged or lost during transit however if this does occur please inform me and I will contact the naughty Post Office on your behalf to try and sort something out until you are happy.

International shipping

International shipping costs are based on weight and whether you are in the EU or the rest of the world and are calculated during the checkout process.
For orders up to 2 kilos delivery is via Airmail. Delivery is from 7 days.
Orders over 2 kilos will be sent via Royal Mails global value service. Delivery is from 4 days

Import duty may apply depending on which country you are in, prior to or on arrival of goods.

Gift wrapping / packaging

Keyrings will arrive to you attached to a backing card and packaged in cello bags.
Mirrors are packaged in cello bags with card toppers.
If you purchase 2 smaller items or more, they will be sent inside a paper gift bag.
Mini cushions are packaged in cello bags to retain the fragrance and are sent in paper gift bags.
Large cushions are covered in a protective poly bag and sent inside a paper gift bag.
 
Returns and refunds

All the items are made entirely by hand to the best handmade standard. I really want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, however if for some reason you would like to return it, please send it back in a resaleable condition within 7 days with a little note stating why you weren’t happy and I will provide a full refund or exchange.

Vintage fabrics / ribbon

When ordering an item that incorporates vintage fabric please be aware that due to the nature of these fabrics, the backing on the item you order may differ very slightly from the photo's shown. Keyring ribbon may also differ slightly in colour to that shown.
